❥Booking- 

We are an appointment-only basis. Please book according to lashes needed. A deposit of $25 must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your spot. Failure to make the deposit within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the appointment.

❥No "foreign refill"- 

Please book a removal and full set.

❥Refund

-No refund or exchange are given for products or services rendered.

❥Late Arrivals

Please, consider other scheduled appointments and arrive on time or your appointment may be shortened due to time restraints.

*15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment.

❥Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments, please know that 24 hours notice is required. (Clients that provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment will result in losing the deposit and will require a payment (50% of service) to schedule a new appointment.

❥No Call/No Show

- will result in losing the deposit and will require a full payment (100% of service) to schedule a new appointment.

❥Mobile Phones

-We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy day. Please avoid answering calls/ messages during appointments. Mobile phones should be switched to silent and stored to minimize distractions.

❥Extra guest

-For safety and hygiene purposes, also to ensure that your eyelash artist can then focus 100% on you and your treatment, no one else is allowed to accompany.

❥Reactions & Sensitivity

-Reactions to lash products used are often very low-risk. However it is a possibility.

Unless known allergies stated by the customer, otherwise it is not foreseeable.

No Refund will be issued, a complimentary lash removal will be available should this unfortunate event occur for all set applied by us.
